What is Bitkub?

Bitkub is a centralized cryptocurrency exchange that was founded in 2018 and is based in Bangkok, Thailand. It is currently the biggest cryptocurrency investing platform in Thailand by market share and user base. Bitkub services over 6 million Thai residents which is 10% of the entire population in Thailand.

The exchange is still considered relatively new and is yet to offer a large suite of features. Unfortunately, the platform does not offer futures/derivatives trading but they do offer limit and market orders. Below you can find a breakdown of all the features offered on Bitkub

Bitkub Fees

Bitkub’s fees are some of the lowest available in Thailand, it offers an attractive trading fee of 0.25% which is considerably lower than the industry average of 0.5%. In addition to the low trading fees, Bitkub does not charge any fees to deposit on the platform and the withdrawal fees vary depending on the token you’re withdrawing.

Is Bitkub Safe?

Yes, Bitkub is widely regarded as the safest Thai cryptocurrency exchange. It takes the security of all its users' information as its top priority, ensuring the information provided by its users remains confidential between both parties. It has incorporated Two-factor authentication (2FA) into its design to prevent unapproved entering of usernames and passwords. 

A majority of the exchange funds are stored offline in cold storage to prevent any hacking incidents. The platform has never been subjected to a cyber attack in its 5 years of operation due to its high-security measures. All traffic runs on encrypted SSL (https) and all data is encrypted digitally.
